Speak with a Certified Sleep Consultant via the phone for a 45-minute private phone call, after you complete a sleep intake assessment. The consultant will coach you on areas for improvement and provide you with an email recap of what was discussed. We will schedule a follow-up call within 7 days from the initial call.
