Sleep Coaching that Aligns with Your Goals
Sleep is the foundation for your child’s growth and development—and as new parents, it’s something that can feel impossible to get enough of. Through our private sleep consultations, we’ll help you cut through the noise and create a personalized plan that supports your child to sleep well, eat well, and feel happier and more rested.
Newborns
Children 0-12 Weeks
Whether you’re expecting or have just welcomed your baby home, this package is designed to help you establish a healthy sleep foundation from the start. This is not a sleep training plan—it’s an educational approach that equips you with connection-focused tools to build a strong foundation for your baby’s sleep. Together, we’ll set your family up for long-term sleep success and peace of mind.
Infants
Children 3-17 months
Have you been in survival mode getting little to no sleep?
Is your baby fighting sleep, waking every 1-2 hours overnight, starting their day at 4:30AM or taking short naps?
If you’ve tried it all only to be left feeling drained and overwhelmed, you’re not alone. There’s a solution. With our personalized infant sleep support, we’ll guide your family to reclaim peaceful nights and bring calm back to your home.
Toddlers
Children 18+ months
Is bedtime turning into a nightly struggle?
Does your child stall endlessly, insist on you lying next to them to fall asleep, sneak into your bed overnight, or wake up far too early? These behaviors are common as toddlers assert their independence and test boundaries—especially when it comes to sleep.
We’re here to help your child build confidence and develop a healthy relationship with sleep. With our expert guidance, we will transform bedtime and ensure you all enjoy full nights of uninterrupted rest. Learn about our personalized toddler support below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn About Our Philosophy on Sleep Training
What is sleep training?
Sleep training is the process in which you support your child to develop independent sleep skills as you shift away from sleep associations. With the development of these skills, you will find better sleep for your child and you.
Are your services covered by extended health benefits?
As a Registered Nurse, my services for sleep training may be covered by your health benefits plan. You may have coverage under a health spending account or Registered Nursing Services. Be sure to check with your provider for more information and coordinate reimbursement.
Will my child cry?
Likely. Crying is your baby/child’s way of communicating with you. They cry for a multitude of reasons (frustrated, too hot, too cold, bored, overstimulated, tired, hungry…etc.). Changes to their routine and expectations around sleep will be new for them, and they will communicate their confusion/frustration to you. Research has shown, crying will not harm your baby or your attachment.
I will never ask you to leave your child to cry it out alone. My goal is to work with your family with your comfort level in mind. I want to minimize those tears with the fastest forward momentum. If we need to take things slower, that is okay too!
When is the best time to sleep train?
This will depend on you and your family! Typically most children are developmentally ready to start learning independent sleep skills around 4 months of age. Some a bit earlier and some a bit later. With that said, laying a foundation for and shaping healthy sleep can start right from day 1!
