Meet Rosalie
Founder, Registered Nurse and Paediatric Sleep Consultant
After becoming a mom, I quickly saw how much sleep (or lack of sleep) impacts not just our kids, but our entire experience of parenthood. It influences how we show up—for ourselves, our relationships, and our families.
That realization became the foundation of Plume Sleep: a place where science-backed strategies meet real-life parenting. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or quick fixes. We believe in helping families feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make.
My background in Psychology, combined with my nursing expertise, has given me a strong understanding of human behaviour and how to create lasting, meaningful change.
Sleep is as vital as nutrition and exercise, yet often overlooked.
I believe good sleep isn’t just about fewer night wakings; it’s about creating space for more connection, more presence, and more joy in your daily life. Whether you’re navigating the demands of work, travel, or the beautiful chaos of raising little ones, we’re here to help you reclaim rest and with it, your sense of rhythm and ease.
Meet Jerika
Registered Nurse and Paediatric Sleep Consultant
I currently work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at BC Children’s Hospital, and have served as a paediatric home care nurse. Working with children and their families is my passion. So much so that outside the hospital, much of my time is spent nannying high-risk newborns (including twins!) and working on securing the title of #1 aunt to the many babies in my personal life.
My personal and professional mission is to support families in some of their most vulnerable, intense, and sometimes scary moments—arming them with strategies and techniques to best support their little one’s growth and development. Whether your baby started in the NICU or came straight home, sleep is an essential component of the baby’s (and family’s!) health; it is often one of the most difficult parts of parenthood to navigate.
My adventures include an incredibly active lifestyle with my partner in beautiful Squamish, BC. From mountain biking, to surfing and snowboarding, I have an always-on-the-go lifestyle that is rooted in strong sleep habits and tools.
