The Value Behind Your Investment
We know that choosing overnight newborn support is an investment for your family. As a Nurse and a mom who has lived through those early weeks, I understand how vulnerable this season is and how deeply important it is to trust the person caring for your baby while you rest.
At Plume, we approach this work with the same level of intention, professionalism, and heart that we would want for our own families. The newborn period requires specialized knowledge, emotional steadiness, and a level of presence that goes far beyond simply “being there” overnight. It is hands-on care, clinical awareness, and responsive support wrapped into one.
That is why we are committed to compensating our specialists in a way that honours the expertise they bring. Our team is made up of healthcare-trained professionals who understand newborn development, feeding, safety, and how to build a healthy sleep foundation from day one, without sleep training. When our specialists feel supported, respected, and valued, they can show up fully for you and your baby each night.
Your investment reflects the depth of care we provide: consistent, high-quality overnight support, nursing-informed guidance, and a team who stays with you until you no longer need us.
We believe families deserve this level of care during one of the most transformative seasons of life, and that the people doing this life-changing work deserve to be paid fairly for their skill, compassion, and dedication. At Plume, that balance matters.
